Return Policy

At Galaxy 3D Works, we take pride in providing high-quality 3D-printed products, apparel, and custom merchandise. Please review our return policy carefully:

General Return Policy

  • Non-customized items, including 3D-printed products, apparel, and merchandise, are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition and not broken. Returns for used items are only accepted if there is a verified manufacturing defect.
  • Refunds are issued as store credit or exchange only.

Customized Orders

  • Customized orders are non-returnable unless there is an error on our part, such as:
    • Misspelled text or incorrect specifications.
    • Major deviations from the requested design.
  • Color Variations: Colors may appear different due to lighting or screen settings. Slight color differences do not qualify as errors. However, in rare cases, we may offer a reprint or store credit at our discretion.

Return Process

  1. Complete a Return Form: Fill out the return form below to initiate the process.
  2. Receive Approval: Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.
  3. Ship the Item: Return the item within 7 days of receiving the return label.

Apparel and Merchandise

  • Items like apparel, mugs, and hats are fulfilled through our partner, Printful. These items must be returned to a different address, which will be provided during the return approval process.

What Does Not Qualify for Returns?

  • Items outside the 14-day window.
  • Customized orders without a qualifying error.
  • Issues stemming from personal preferences (e.g., "The red looks different than I expected").

Additional Notes

  • We reserve the right to inspect returned items to determine if the defect was due to manufacturing or other causes.
  • Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.
