Shipping Policy

At Galaxy 3D Works, we aim to deliver your orders efficiently and securely. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Shipping Regions

• We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates and Times

1. Economy Shipping (5-8 business days):

2. Standard Shipping (3-4 business days):

• Up to 1 lb: $8

• Over 1 lb but less than 5 lbs: $10

3. UPS 2nd Day Air:

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s address.

Fulfillment Times

• Most items are printed on demand, requiring 2-3 business days for fulfillment before shipping.

Printful Merchandise

• Free shipping is provided for all Printful merchandise.

• Printful uses standard US flat rate shipping, which takes 3-4 business days after fulfillment. All Merchandise is also printed on demand.

• Tracking information will be sent once the order ships.

Multiple Shipments

• Orders containing both 3D-printed items and Printful merchandise will ship separately. This will be noted during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

• While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, rare cases of lost or delayed shipments may occur.

Sales Tax and Additional Fees

• Sales tax is applied to all orders within the United States, as required by law.

• No additional duties or fees apply at this time.
